Headiton caravan park is based in Longmanhill which is situated right next to the seaside towns of Banff and MacDuff. It’s filled with stunning scenery, an idyllic setting for all the family. And if you’re lucky, you may even get close enough to see the dolphins and whales often seen off Moray Firth.
The caravan park got in touch as they were looking to add a play area to their site - a perfect addition for returning families but also to attract new customers. Families are important to Headiton, so they were looking for something which would keep the kids entertained and occupied during their stay.
After a couple of conversations, we knew exactly what the caravan park wanted (and what they didn’t), they let us know the space available (which was plenty) and the budget they had to spend. Armed with all this, we briefed our design team. With all of our designs, we created lifelike renders to really show the customer how their play area would look, it’s a chance to really immerse yourself.
We made a couple of minor tweaks, and the customer signed off on their brand new play area. This included two Jungle Clubhouses with wooden roofs from our Multiplay collection, with plenty of accessories to climb, crawl and slide. Next to this we installed a single swing bay with nest swing, this is a great versatile addition to any play area as it can be used by children of all ages and abilities. Surfacing was also included, so we used play bark for the towers and rubber grass mats for the swing.
