About Home Front Outdoor Play

We’ve been designing, crafting and installing climbing frames and playgrounds across the UK since 1996,  from commercial projects, such as schools, pubs, hotels, Parish councils and housing developments (to name a few) to customer's gardens.

Our people

We're a team of makers and designers, thinkers and doers, problem solvers and achievers; from all walks of life.  From our HQ team, to our workshop crafters, to our problem solving think-on-your-feet install team.

Getting to the end of the project and seeing an amazing space that children can enjoy and the customer is happy, and beaming  from ear to ear – that's the thing I enjoy the most - Luke Jay, Managing Director

Our commitment

Through outdoor play, we’re committed to supporting children's cognitive and physical development, from toddlers to teenagers, by creating imaginative, challenging, and most importantly, safe play areas.

Materials

From the very beginning we wanted to create a business which would stand the test of time. This meant firstly, only using the very best materials, and secondly, ensuring our sustainable timber lasts for many years to come.

Craft

Our Wiltshire-based workshop is where we create and build the climbing frames and clubhouses by our skilled team. And whilst we love the traditional methods, we’re always striving for excellence through technology and innovation.

Detail

Our workshop team and installers are second to none when it comes to the detail.  Each frame and clubhouse (and all of the accessories) have a play function with a number one focus on safety.
