You’ve been given the exciting task of creating a play area, and maybe you’re thinking where do I even start? Have no fear, that’s ok, we’re here to help - it all starts with a conversation…

Firstly, you’ll talk and we’ll listen; let’s get to know each other. Tell us about your wants and wishes, your needs and requirements, and the challenges you’re facing. We’ll talk about your customers too, who they are and what they’d like as well.  We’ll also consider your setting and environment, any themes you’d like to include and any features from your hotel we can include to make this project truly unique to you.

Once we’ve broken the ice, it's time to get all these details down on paper. We’ll create a written brief from our conversations, this is our opportunity to check with you that we've got everything right. If it’s all good, we’ll get designing.

Once we’ve agreed the brief, we’ll get to work and create a design tailored for you. It’s important to us that we get your design just the way you want it, so we’ll run through and take onboard feedback.  It’s at this point, that you may want to show your design to colleagues for feedback, or even your guests. At the end of the day, it’s your guests who will be using the play area, so let’s make sure we get it right for them (after all - if the children are happy, then more often than not, the parents will be too). 

Once the design has been agreed, we’ll send you the final version along with the quote, and plan the day of installation. We’ll work around you for this day and make sure it’s convenient for you, the last thing we want to do is cause any disruption to you and your guests.

Now that everything is in order, the team of carpenters in our workshop will start making your playground as the majority is built before we even get to you - this means less disruption for you.

Finally, the day we have all been waiting for - we really hope you are as excited as we are. This is where we really come into our own and turn your space into the perfect play area. Our installers are second to none and flourish when building your playground. Before you know it, our conversations and design are now a reality! 

Now it's time to hand it over to the kids, but maybe one quick test of the slide just to make sure it's safe, all good? Brill, just one more happy customer!

Now the play area is ready, and the kids are enjoying it with family and friends - we want to make sure it’s enjoyed for many years to come which is where our commercial warranty comes into play. Your new play area comes with a 12 month warranty against all workmanship defects and a 20 year warranty against timber failure, this means complete peace of mind for you for years to come.
