We know that creating a new play area can often be a challenging project, we get this, so we’re here to help plan, design and create your perfect playground. We like to put ourselves in your shoes to really understand your project, we’ll ask you lots of questions and take everything onboard.
This is where you’ll do most of the talking and tell us what you like, and what you don’t (the don’ts are often easier). We run through your considerations and objectives, and this is where we start to form the brief. Just to say at this point, you don’t have to have all the answers, working together, we’ll share ideas and put pen to paper. There’s a few questions we always ask:
By now we’ll have a better understanding of what you’re looking for, so it's time to design.
We’ll send you the renders, this is where you’ll start to see our conversations come to life. It’s a great way to visual how the new climbing frame will look in your space, and if it isn’t quite right, that’s ok we can tweak the design to make sure it's just what you wanted.
Once that's done, it’s over you! Simply accept the quote and visuals and our workshop will get to work. We’ll send you the invoice and confirm the big day.
We build most of your play area in our workshop, this way we can keep disruption to a minimum on the day.
When our installation team arrives, they’ll check in with you and get to work, only stopping for the odd tea break, and of course answer the inevitable “what are you building?” or “when’s it going to be ready?”.
Now the play area is ready, and the kids are enjoying it with family and friends - we want to make sure it’s enjoyed for many years to come which is where our commercial warranty comes into play. Your new play area comes with a 12 month warranty against all workmanship defects and a 20 year warranty against timber failure, this means complete peace of mind for you for years to come.
